Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs if unwanted. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay for return shipping costs or allow you to keep the item in addition to shipping out the correct item. We promise to always make it right.
You will receive your refund within 10 business days from the time the item is received by us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time frame includes processing time of your credit card company or bank.
If you need to return an item, please email us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping Details
We only ship within the United States of America and its territories. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is free over $70.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. We currently only ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping usually takes 1-4 days to arrive once shipped.
As a small business our order processing time is 5 business days (Monday-Thursday) although we try to be much quicker than that! If you prefer a certain shipping date, please leave a note on your order and send us an email to ensure this is added and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How can I cancel my order?
Please send us an email at store@northfinusa.com with your order number and request. Please note that all canceled orders are charged a 15% restocking fee, and any orders that have already been processed are unable to be canceled.
