FISH WON’T EAT IT!

Doesn’t matter how good the food is for your fish if they won’t eat it. My fish are not picky, but they don’t like this food. They literally won’t touch it.

Best ever

All my bottom dwellers, come out if hudding when I drop them in the tank. This is the best food I've bought for them. Will only use this for them

Will continue feeding my fishes Northfin, just not from here

I purchased 3 bags of Jumbo Fish Formula 250g on 29 October 2023, as well as Krill Pro, Kelp Wafers, Veggie Food and Cichlid Formula. To my dismay, the 3 bags of Jumbo Fish Formula I received were expiring in DECEMBER 2023. You read that right, they sent out 750g of food expiring one month from the date of purchase.

I contacted customer service, only to be met with the excuse of:

"With dried foods that are sealed the food would still be fine to use past that date - as long as it is kept sealed and dry!"

Anyone knows that while dry products may be safe for consumption past the expiry date, nutritional value and taste (fish may not even accept the food anymore) will be affected. It is quite obviously unacceptable for a business to send out food that is expected to be used or kept in storage for at least 6 months (usually longer), with only a single month left before expiry. Unfortunately, this does not seem obvious to Northfin. I do not feel comfortable taking the risk to order from here again.
